2. HONESTY:  We need a new employee who is honest to a fault and who makes "honesty is the best policy" their ONLY policy!
3. ADAPTABILITY:  We need a new employee who adapts easily and effortlessly to any and all changes at hand. We do NOT need a new employee who says, "That's not my job!"
4. CREATIVITY: We need someone who is creative in problem-solving, time management and effective communication. Basically, we need someone just outright creative!
5. COURTESY:  We need a new employee who "plays well" with others. The hotel business is ALL ABOUT courtesy, so friendliness not only to our hotel guests but also to other hotel employees is a MUST!
