DECK THE PAWS SHELTER CHALLENGE

As part of TheAnimalRescueSite, Friends of Lafayette Animal Shelter (FLASh) has been registered as DISCOVERY INN & SUITES' local animal companion shelter to support as part of Deck the Paws Shelter Challenge.

For every vote cast in this challenge, TheAnimalRescueSite will donate to Friends of the Lafayette Animal Shelter (FLASh) the value of 20 pieces of kibble to shelter pets. FLASh has already received 100 pieces just for us creating an account for the challenge! 

Points (votes) accrued also are equal to the amount of donated kibble that count as entries in Deck the Paws Shelter Challange for sweepstakes drawings. The more points (votes) earned, the better the chances of winning prizes for Friends of Lafayette Animal Shelter (FLASh) and, thus, more companion shelter animals cared for and more companion shelter animals adopted out!

(FRIENDS OF LAFAYETTE ANIMAL SHELTER [FLASh] is an animal welfare/rescue organization whose mission is to enhance the quality of life for the dogs, cats, birds and other companion animals in the care of Lafayette Animal Shelter and Center (LASCC) and other animal shelters and welfare agencies in the greater Lafayette area. They also aim to end euthanasia as the primary means of population control and to reduce the number of homeless animals at LASCC. They partner with LASCC to promote adoption and to provide beds and other donations. They also specialize in Surrender Prevention by working with owners to assist them in keeping their pets by assisting with vetting, food, fencing, and a variety of other needs.)
